How should I prepare for a Pure Nectar Juice Cleanse?

We recommend gradually cutting out processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol a few days before starting. The night before your cleanse, have a light, high-fiber meal — whole fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, or fish. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Can I eat food during a cleanse?

Our juice cleanse is designed to give your digestive system a break. For best results, avoid solid foods. If needed, small amounts of steamed, boiled, or raw vegetables or fish are okay.

Is it okay to drink coffee?

We recommend avoiding all stimulants — coffee, tea, alcohol, and cigarettes — during your cleanse. This helps your body fully detox and reset.

Is it recommended to exercise during a Juice Cleanse?

Light activities like walking or yoga are fine. Avoid intense exercise. Listen to your body — some people feel energized, others prefer to rest.

Can I smoke?

In most cases, additional supplements aren't needed — our juices provide a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. If you have a diagnosed deficiency, continue your prescribed supplements. Always consult your doctor before starting any cleanse.

Can I drink water during the cleanse?

Yes — we recommend at least 8 glasses daily. Hydration supports your body's natural detox process and maintains energy levels.

What reactions might I experience?

Some people experience mild detox symptoms — headache, fatigue, nausea, bad breath, or skin breakouts. This is normal and should ease within a few days. If symptoms worsen, consult your doctor.

What should I eat after completing my cleanse?

Ease back with plant-based, unprocessed, vegetable-rich meals. Avoid high-fat, high-sugar foods for the first 3 days post-cleanse. Boiled, baked, or broiled vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins are best.

Can the Juice Cleanse help me lose weight?

A cleanse can help kickstart healthier habits and may lead to short-term weight loss. It is not a long-term weight loss solution. Lasting results come from a balanced diet and lifestyle.

What can I do with the leftover Lemon Water Kefir?

Take 1 shot (30mL) after each meal post-cleanse to maintain probiotic benefits and support digestive health.

Can I do a juice cleanse if I have a medical condition?

Consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before starting any cleanse — especially if you have hypertension, diabetes, cancer, or any chronic condition.

Is it safe to do a juice cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend cleansing while pregnant or nursing. Always consult your doctor before making any dietary changes.

How often can I do a Pure Nectar juice cleanse?

It depends on your wellness goals. Some people do it monthly for a reset, others less frequently. Listen to your body.

Do you have a 5-day or 7-day Juice Cleanse?

We don't recommend cleansing beyond 3 days on juices alone. If you want to extend, incorporate juices as meal replacements while adding balanced meals with protein and healthy fats after Day 3.

Will I receive a guide with my Juice Cleanse Set?

Yes — every Juice Cleanse Set includes a printed guide showing which bottles to drink and when. You can also view the full schedule at purenectar.co/pages/cleanse-schedule

How will my Juice Cleanse Set be delivered?

Sets are delivered the day before your scheduled cleanse start, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, all at once. No deliveries on special holidays.

Are your juices made daily?

Yes — all Pure Nectar cold-pressed juices are made in small batches without preservatives or artificial additives.

Can I make my own Juice Cleanse?

You're free to build your own combination of juices, but we can only guarantee full cleanse benefits with our pre-set packages. Discounts apply only to pre-selected cleanse sets.

What can I do with my empty bottles?

Drop off clean, empty bottles at our stores for recycling through our partner, The Plastic Flamingo. Bottles are upcycled into eco-lumbers for building materials and emergency shelters:

Can I use a discount with my gift card?

Discount codes and gift cards cannot be combined at checkout. Each applies separately per order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

What is a Pure Nectar Subscription?

A monthly plan that loads store credits to your account on purenectar.co. Instead of locking you into specific bottles, you shop our full lineup freely every month using your credits. This program is only available online at purenectar.co — it is not available in-store.

What are my plan options?

  • Sip Plan — ₱1,080/month, receive ₱1,200 in credits
  • Flow Plan — ₱2,200/month, receive ₱2,500 in credits
  • Ritual Plan — ₱3,400/month, receive ₱4,000 in credits (15% savings)

Why is this only available online?

Subscription credits are managed digitally as Shopify gift cards, designed for use on purenectar.co. Keeping subscriptions online means we can manage your credits accurately and serve you better.

How do I use my credits?

After subscribing, you'll receive an email with your Digital Gift Card code. Go to purenectar.co, add products to your cart, and enter your code at checkout. If your order exceeds your credit, pay the difference normally.

Can I change what I order every month?

Yes — completely. There are no fixed selections. Every month you can order anything from our full lineup. Your credits are just a store balance.

What if I don't use all my credits?

Up to ₱500 in unused credits rolls over to the following month. Credits above ₱500 that remain unused expire at the end of your 30-day cycle.

What is the Founding Member rate?

Customers who subscribed before April 10, 2026 have their plan fee locked at today's rate for 12 months. Your credits always buy at 10–15% below retail, every month, automatically.

What happens after my 12-month founding period?

Your plan renews at the then-current rate for new subscribers. You'll be notified at least 30 days before any rate change. You can cancel anytime before the rate change with no penalty.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-ins, no penalties. Email inquire@purenectar.co or message us on Viber at +63917 639 8812 at least 3 days before your next billing date. Credits already issued stay valid for 60 days after cancellation.

How do I subscribe?

Visit purenectar.co/collections/subscriptions, choose your plan, and check out normally. Your credits are issued to your email the same day.
