  • Please note that all deliveries outside of Metro Manila have different shipping fees - depending on the number of bottles and the location. Pick-up at the provincial airport or bus station is dependent on the customer's arrangements. Customer will shoulder all packaging and shipping costs as quoted by the airline or bus company from Pure Nectar's juicing facility in Caloocan City to the pick-up destination. Please call +63917 703-1019 for special orders. 
  • Place your complete order in the Pure Nectar website, and make sure to input the correct delivery address and special instructions, if any. Special arrangements for provincial deliveries will be made after the check-out; additional shipping fees may apply.
  • All deliveries placed require a minimum of two (2) business days to process. Pure Nectar business days are from Mondays through Saturdays only. If you place an order on Friday, for example, the earliest delivery for that order is on Tuesday the following week.
  • All orders will be delivered the day before start of consumption between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, itinerary and traffic.
  • Delivery is from Monday through Saturday only. We don’t deliver on Sundays.
  • Upon receiving the package, customer must place the juices inside the coolest part of the refrigerator to ensure its freshness. Temperature must by 1-4 degrees Celsius – warmer temperature may speed expiration.
  • Pure Nectar juices should be consumed immediately or within 2 to 3 days from purchase.
