Placing an Order

Order at purenectar.co. Add your preferred delivery date and any special instructions in the notes at checkout — we read every one.

Orders placed before 9:00 PM can be scheduled for the following day or your chosen date. Orders placed after 9:00 PM are processed the day after next.

Delivery Timing

We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred time. If none is indicated, delivery will follow the rider's route schedule during business hours.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Pure Nectar juices are made without preservatives — they need to go straight into the refrigerator at 4°C or below.

Juice Cleanse Sets

Your cleanse set will always arrive the day before your scheduled start date — so you have time to chill and prepare properly.

We don't deliver cleanse sets on the morning of your start date. Expect your order between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM the day prior.

Upon Delivery

Delivery Fees — Metro Manila

Free delivery on orders ₱2,295 and above. For orders ₱1,000–₱2,294, shipping is ₱250. For orders below ₱1,000, shipping is ₱300.

Delivery Fees — Provincial

All provincial deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers. COD is not available for provincial orders.

Please note: shipping fees are based on your order total after discounts are applied. If a discount code brings your order below a tier threshold, the corresponding shipping rate will apply.

Bus Terminal Pick-Up

For select locations, orders are shipped via bus terminal. Fee includes a styrofoam box with ice. Estimated transit time is 1–2 days.
